OffBlackHair offers free USPS Priority Shipping on eligible wig orders within the United States.

Each order is carefully prepared before shipment so your wig arrives clean, secure, and ready for real-life wear. Because our wigs are human hair products, we take time to review and prepare each order before it leaves our Cedar Hill, Texas location.

Processing Time

Most ready-to-ship orders are processed within 7 business days from the date of purchase.

Processing time means the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped. This is separate from USPS delivery time.

During high-demand seasons, holidays, or custom order periods, processing may take longer. If there is a delay with your order, we will do our best to communicate with you.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2–3 business days for delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to USPS delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other carrier-related issues outside of our control.

UPS or FedEx Shipping Options

USPS Priority Shipping is our standard shipping method for eligible U.S. orders.

UPS or FedEx shipping may be available upon request for customers who prefer an upgraded carrier option. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the order, destination, and selected service.

For higher-value wig orders, signature confirmation may be required to help protect your package.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your package.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

OffBlackHair is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
