Hygiene Considerations: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made wigs once they have been worn, altered, or had their tags removed. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the product before removing any tags or altering it in any way.
Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping a custom-made wig back to us for any reason is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
