Because wigs are personal wear items and many of our wigs are prepared or customized for each customer, please review our store policy carefully before placing your order.

Final Sale Policy

All custom wig orders are final sale once payment has been processed.

OffBlackHair custom wigs are not mass-produced factory wigs. Most custom wigs are made using human hair bundles, a lace closure, and a cap foundation such as a dome cap. Adjustable cap options may be available when needed.

Custom details may include hair length, bundle amount, closure type, cap choice, fit adjustment, and basic styling preferences depending on availability and the selected wig.

Because each custom wig is prepared for an individual customer, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom wig orders.

This policy helps protect the quality, hygiene, and integrity of each wig.

Ready-to-Wear Wigs

Ready-to-wear wigs may also be final sale, especially if they have been tried on, worn, altered, customized, discounted, or purchased as a sample sale item.

Please review the wig details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about the length, color, texture, fit, cap type, closure, or styling, we recommend contacting OffBlackHair before placing your order.

No Refunds

Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, OffBlackHair does not offer refunds unless there is a confirmed issue caused by an error on our part.

Please make sure all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

No Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on custom wigs or personal wear wig items.

Each wig may be prepared, selected, or adjusted based on individual preferences, which makes it unsuitable for resale once purchased, worn, altered, or handled outside of our care.

Custom Wig Limitations

OffBlackHair custom wigs are made with a practical, real-life approach. We do not offer unlimited factory-style customization.

Available options depend on the hair, bundles, closure, cap type, materials, and current availability. Some requests may not be possible, and we will let you know when a requested option is not available or not recommended.

Our focus is to create a wearable, realistic human hair wig that fits your lifestyle, not an overly complicated factory-style custom order.

Quality Review Before Shipping

We carefully review each wig before it is shipped or released to the customer.

Our goal is to make sure your wig is prepared with care and matches the confirmed order details as closely as possible based on the selected hair, bundle amount, closure, cap construction, and styling request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe your order arrived damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact OffBlackHair within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please provide:

  • Your order information

  • Clear photos of the wig

  • Photos of the packaging, if damaged

  • A description of the issue

The wig must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, uncut, and in its original condition for review.

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we may offer a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, adjustment, or another solution at our discretion.

Hygiene Policy

Because wigs are personal wear items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a wig has been worn, installed, altered, washed, brushed excessively, cut, colored, styled, or had tags removed, if applicable.

For hygiene and quality reasons, all wigs must remain in original condition if a damage or order issue is being reviewed.

Alterations and Custom Changes

Any changes made after receiving the wig may affect the wig’s condition and void any review eligibility.

This includes:

  • Cutting the lace

  • Cutting or trimming the hair

  • Coloring the hair

  • Adding heat styling

  • Washing the wig

  • Removing tags

  • Applying glue, adhesive, or products

  • Altering the cap or closure

  • Wearing the wig

Please inspect your order before making any changes.

Shipping Costs for Returns or Reviews

If a wig needs to be sent back to OffBlackHair for review, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for any approved return shipment. OffBlackHair is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Do not send any wig back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

By placing an order with OffBlackHair, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our store policy, including our final sale, no refund, no exchange, hygiene, and custom order terms.
